Anthropic filed a confidential draft S-1 with the SEC on June 1, initiating the formal IPO process. The filing follows the $65 billion Series H that placed the post-money valuation at approximately $965 billion, per CNBC and multiple financial analysts. Security: Claude now prompts before writing to shell startup files (.zshenv, .zlogin, .bash_login) and ~/.config/git/. In acceptEdits mode, build-tool config files granting code execution (.npmrc, .yarnrc, bunfig.toml, .bazelrc, .pre-commit-config.yaml, .devcontainer/) require explicit approval. New /config setting: "Workflow keyword trigger" controls whether "workflow" in a prompt auto-starts a dynamic workflow.
Fixes: WSL clipboard copy-on-select (now uses OSC 52 instead of PowerShell interop), completed agent sessions re-running original prompts, overnight retire causing sessions to lose conversation history, Windows keyboard responsiveness (Esc, arrow keys) under heavy CPU load.
