John Jumper Joins Anthropic

2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry laureate and AlphaFold co-creator John Jumper is leaving Google DeepMind after approximately nine years to join Anthropic. Reported by Bloomberg and CNBC on June 19 and by TechCrunch on June 20. No specific role or start date has been confirmed.
