Fable 5 returns globally after 19 days of export control. Claude Science opens in beta for researchers. Project Glasswing adds 150 orgs. Claude Code v2.1.198 ships Claude in Chrome as GA.
Fable 5 came back today.
Anthropic redeployed it globally starting July 1 across Claude.ai, the Claude Platform, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork, after the US lifted the export restrictions imposed June 12. Pro, Max, Team, and select Enterprise plans get it within weekly usage limits, capped at 50% through July 7. After that, usage credits.
Nineteen days off the shelf. The controls went on without ceremony. They came off the same way.
